By default, Mechwarrior only allows one mod to add market hero mechs by overwriting the HeroMechsForPurchase datatable. This mod allows a .json file to be included with a mod that allows the heroes to be added without overriding the datatable, meaning multiple mods can add hero mechs at the same time, while still allowing a mod to use the old approach if it doesn't have support for this one.
When running Mod Options, you can allow duplicate heroes to spawn, change the chance for markets to spawn heroes, and increase the number of heroes in industrial zones.
This mod includes a support file for both base game mechs and Yet Another Mechlab by default.
