This is a combination of Diplomacy 3. 3. 2+ improvements 2011-06-15 and Diplomacy + Pre-Battle Orders & Deployment (Diplo v3. 3. 2 + PBOD v0. 88) for 1. 134.

2011-03-27: Fixed problem with initially uploaded file. There were two directories of text files, "out" and "txt files." The right one to use was "out"; uploaded a new version without this problem.
