Diplo1174--PBOD 0963 For Wb 1174 with WSE2

I  has merged Diplomacy 1174 with PBOD 0. 96. 3, and updated to warband 1. 174 with Warband Script Enhancer 2 (v1. 0. 8. 4).

I solved many compatibility problems, including the merger of pbod 0. 963 and diplomacy 1174, the update for warband 1. 174, and the update for WSE2;
