Place files inside included playerped.rpf folder, inside your "playerped.rpf" archive located inside Max Payne 3/pc/models/cdimages
This was originally a personal mod for myself that I shared online a few years back that gave Max his hair back, along with fixing his scalp texture so you couldn't see he was bald underneath. Fast forward to the present day, and I wanted to further improve on it and remove his beard as well. But I couldn't be happy with just replacing the textures, I wanted Max to retain his bruises, scars, and blood that decorate him throughout the story. Just without his beard. So with the magic of modern day image editing programs, I transferred over all of the original facial damage to his clean shaven texture.
