Download Reshade for this mod to work then open reshade click browse select the Max Payne 3 exe and then drag and drop my Reshade preset into the directory(with the exe) and then load Max Payne 3 and then click on the top right that says reshadepreset and then select Saakkurai's Max Payne 3 Reshade and then you have it working.
