G18C

"Machine pistol" “Compact size, overwhelming firepower.” Glock 18C The Glock 18C is a select-fire machine pistol developed by Glock Ges.m.b. H.. It is based on the standard Glock 17 platform but features the ability to switch between semi-automatic and fully automatic fire. Chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum, the Glock 18C uses Glock’s Safe Action system and is capable of an extremely high rate of fire, often exceeding 1,000 rounds per minute. The “C” designation stands for compensated, meaning the slide and barrel are ported to reduce muzzle rise during automatic fire. This helps improve control, although the weapon remains challenging to handle in full-auto mode due to its compact size. The pistol can be equipped with extended magazines (such as 33-round magazines), making it more practical in sustained fire scenarios. Due to its firepower and compactness, the Glock 18C is primarily intended for military and law enforcement use, particularly in close-quarters combat. Historical Background The Glock 18C was developed in the 1980s by Glock Ges.m.b. H.. It was originally designed to meet the needs of specialized counter-terrorism units requiring a compact firearm with high firepower. The base platform, the Glock 17, had already proven to be highly reliable, and the Glock 18 expanded on that design with full-auto capability. The compensated “C” variant was later introduced to improve controllability during automatic fire. Due to strict regulations, the Glock 18C is not available to civilian markets and remains a rare and specialized weapon. If there are any bugs or malfunctions, write in the comments.
