Beretta 84F

"Semi-automatic pistol" “A classic Italian compact pistol with elegance and reliability.” Beretta 84F The Beretta 84F is a compact semi-automatic pistol developed by the Italian firearms manufacturer Beretta as part of the well-known Cheetah series of pistols. Designed for police, military officers, and civilian self-defense, the pistol combines reliability, accuracy, and a relatively high magazine capacity for its size. The Beretta 84F is chambered in . 380 ACP (9×17mm) and operates using a simple blowback system. Unlike many compact pistols, it features a double-stack magazine that typically holds 13 rounds, giving it greater firepower compared to many pistols in the same caliber. The pistol uses a traditional double-action/single-action trigger system, allowing the first shot to be fired with a heavier double-action trigger pull, followed by lighter single-action shots. It also includes a slide-mounted safety and decocking lever. With its open-slide design — a characteristic feature of Beretta pistols — the weapon reduces the chance of jamming and improves reliability during firing. Historical Background The Beretta Cheetah series was introduced in the mid-1970s as a family of compact pistols chambered for . 32 ACP and . 380 ACP. The Beretta 84 became one of the most popular models of the line due to its high magazine capacity and ergonomic design. The 84F variant was introduced later as an improved version with updated safety features and design refinements. It became widely used by police forces, security personnel, and civilian shooters in many countries. The Beretta 84F remains a respected compact pistol known for its reliability, comfortable handling, and classic Italian design. If there are any bugs or malfunctions, write in the comments.
