STEN Mk.II

"Wartime Submachine Gun" “A weapon born from necessity — crude, cheap, and brutally effective.” The STEN Mk. II is a British submachine gun developed during World War II as an emergency weapon designed for mass production, simplicity, and low cost. Chambered in 9×19 mm Parabellum, the STEN Mk. II uses a simple blowback system and a distinctive side-mounted magazine, allowing it to be produced rapidly with minimal machining. Its crude appearance hid a surprisingly effective close-quarters weapon, ideal for urban combat, trench fighting, and resistance warfare. Brief History Introduced in 1941, the STEN Mk. II was created to address Britain’s severe shortage of small arms after the Dunkirk evacuation. Named after its designers Shepherd and Turpin, and the ENfield factory, the STEN became one of the most widely produced submachine guns of the war. It was used extensively by British forces, Commonwealth troops, and resistance movements across occupied Europe. If there are any bugs or malfunctions, write in the comments. I will try to fix them.
