Crime and back-stabbing swindlers roam and control the streets and it seems like the city's officials have totally lost the grip on organized crime syndicates as well as petty crime. Max is a battle hardened war veteran- who has lost all sense of direction in life- yet one thing drives him, to watch as the life drains from these common thugs eyes. Max has spend his years after the American-Russian war of the 1980's as a contract killer being able to set aside morals, fear and basic human emotions to fulfill his missions. Due to his role in the war- Max has an indifferent opinion of the Russians which drives his basic instincts and perception of the political climate in Denton City. The Russian mob organisation launder most of their blood and drug money through a seemingly legitimate storage space business. Although due to a slight hiccup in management, they're forced to temporarily store out-going shipments of narcotics and their most recent intake of weaponry smuggled in from the Europe.
