Semi Transparent HUD

It makes the main peripheral elements of the HUD (health bar, shield, ammo, weapon, power, compass and squads) semi-transparent. It doesn't affect the crosshair and other central elements since other mods already do that well.

Install it with Frosty Mod Manager, of course.

I haven't tested it extensively, only the starting part, but it seems to work well and appears to be compatible with other HUD mods (specifically, Minimal Targeting HUD and HUD Overhaul, which are the ones I use).
