I'm very surprised a mod like this doesn't already exist, the weight system is a curse that should be destroyed. They did good to pull it back a bit in Andromeda, but its existence is still hella annoying. This makes it so that you will always have the base power cooldown, nothing less and certainly nothing more.

Compatibility: Probably incompatible with Weight Cooldown Bonus as I think we edit the same file. I haven't seen anything else affecting the file so it should otherwise be compatible with most everything.
