No Scopes - Assault rifles and Pistol mods

While removing scopes from snipers, I realized that the scope mods that override the same values could be changed to remove added scopes as well. I suffer from motion sickness easily, and avoided using the scope mods on assault rifles and pistols as a result. I left sniper scope mods untouched, as none of them alter either the scope nor the FOV of the weapon, on snipers both of these are tied directly to each weapon and it's tier.

This mod makes scope mods more viable as you get the stat benefits without the added scope or FOV changes that came with it. I also noticed that there are several other mods that do something similar, but none that both remove the scope and leave the FOV as it was without a scope, so I decided to make my own mod.

This mod does not touch the actual assault rifles or pistols themselves, only the scope mod files, so it should be compatible with any changes to the guns themselves. If you have a mod that also edits the stats of weapon mods, load this after the other mod for this one to work. It means you loose any stat changes another mod might bring to weapon scopes.

All of them have been edited by changing ScopeUIOverride to (null) and FOVOverride to (null)

This affects all 3 types of scopes for both Assault rifles & Pistols. There was also a scope type called noscopeui that altered the FOV, so I edited that too.. not sure how or when it's ever used but just in case it's been brought in line with the others.
