MEA Rebuilt Fusions and Augmentations

Have you ever wondered that something sucks in the game! It's time for some good changes :) I missed it so much! it but it's worth it !

I focused mainly on refining the project! I edited the files so as not to break the game and not to break the balance

This fine-tuned Design balances out overall improvements that were basically worthless single-digit percentage improvements to base stats.

  Added two version to choose from...

  Added missing entries to all gearmods, now works.

  All version. Small correction - "Medi-Gel Regulator" and "Shield Booster" now has a 4% bonus instead of 2%. same with "Shield Generator".

  Only BoostGearMod version / Repair to "Fusion Mod of Rupture" -20% Weapon Clip Size, no -70%.

  "Fusion Mod of Health" and "Fusion Mod of Shielding" = 4% bonus, instead of a negative penalty.
