Replaces the biotic jump with the jetpack for the Explorer profile but keeps the Blink evade ability unique to the profile.
Inspired by quacky77's jetpack for all profiles mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectandromeda/mods/587).
I both wanted to replace the biotic jump with the jetpack AND I wanted to keep the blink evade so I made this to get the best of both worlds.
