Health and Shields rebalance for Insanity

I've asked few people to make this mod. Some of them just ignored me, some have no time or not interested in that, there was a variety of reasons. So i decided to make this myself. I'll don't give a full story, and because this is my first mod ever let's go further.

This simple mod reduces basic Ryder's HP and Shields from their default values to some more "comfortable" and challenging for complete Mass Effect Andromeda playthrough on Insanity difficulty.

So what this mod does.

Health reduced from basic 500 to 125. From now on you are no longer can take more than couple of hits from an enemy when you lost shields. Shields down ---> you're still taking hits ---> you're cold on the ground. So watch your shields!

Basic shields reduced from 250 to 175. There is not much to explain. Your shields still can take damage, they don't disappear momentarily, but now you can't stand in the middle of the battlefield and "absorb" damage. You will die in that case and really quickly. Stay in cover.

Shields regeneration delay is increased from 8 seconds to 10 seconds.

Shields regeneration rate reduced by half.

I think now there is a really need in craft new armor using health and shields augmentations, use of Shield Capacitors consumables and so on.

I know, there is a few mods like this: "Nightmare mode", "Harder insanity". Yeah, they are really cool and challenging. But they are VERY difficult, in some game moments completely impossible to play with them.
