Before I ramble on, in case you missed it, this is for the Deluxe Edition only. Sorry!
This is pretty straightforward. Load the "Sara" save. It's a single file marked 4/29/17, at around 1635 (4:35 pm) or so, if I recall correctly. Take the gravity well down, run to the next room, then the room on your right. Look for the encrypted container (it's marked as a hidden cache on your map) on your left, and solve the puzzle (or use a key, it doesn't matter). It should pop the achievement. The game is set to Insanity, so if you have difficulty running past the remnants, change it.
