Better Hair Colors

This mod improves hair colors by brightening some, and adding highlights and lowlights with more blending for modded hair.  The colors with extreme roots or colorless ends have been fixed while still retaining depth and natural variance.  Some colors have been altered so there is more variety.  I darkened a few of the bright, unnatural colors so they are not all pastel, because it would be weird if everyone dying their hair bold, unnatural colors chose pastel.  I added more auburn colors by altering a few of the browns, don't worry, there are still a lot and it shouldn't change NPCs drastically.  I also got rid of the blonde roots present on many of the bright dyed colors so they go with more skintones and complexions.  I added other colors like darker blue, a neon orange, a pink shade, darker teal, a true bleached blond, a true black, and a dark red. I added those by replacing colors that were basically duplicates.

The custom hairstyles pictured are all from Kittentails' MEA - Anto Hairstyles WIP.  Not required but they look nice.

Download the file, and import into frosty mod manager, apply the mod, and then launch through the manager.

Can you share the sliders in your screenshots?

  I totally would, but they are from a mod testing save that gets overwritten constantly, so I don't have them.  I have another mod with sliders you might be interested in.  It's linked at the very bottom of this page.

Can I use your files in my mod?  No.

How do I install/uninstall this? 

Please see the installation instructions.  If you follow them correctly these should work.  If you are having issues still, you can ask and I'll see if I can help.

Do these conflict with other mods?

  Yes, it will conflict with any mod that changes hair colors.  Unfortunately with this game you cannot use more than one hair color mod at a time.
