📋 About This Mod
4 June 2020
Updated the mod with improved character meshes. Seams on characters/armor should be virtually nonexistent now.
23 Feb 2020 update:
I added a couple miscellaneous downloadable zip files. One contains just the helmets for everyone for those who asked if I could do a mod with just the helmets. They are the meshes and are in upk format so they are ready for direct import into pcc files via ME3Explorer. The other zip file is just the love scene Ashley texture (topless) and body mesh (also upk format) so those who wish to can add just these to their game without any of the rest (ME3Explorer again). The files that use the Ashley topless texture and mesh are: BioD_Nor_131RomAshley.pcc, BioD_Nor_131RomAshley2.pcc
Description:
Ashley. Yummy Ashley. My favorite babe in the game (no, she is NOT a "racist" or xenophobe damnit!). She was the subject of the very first mesh mods ever made for ME3...by yours truly (by pure luck of "being there" with WarrantyVoider when he first perfected mesh importing into the game). It is only fitting that she be the primary subject of my first DLC-format mod.
Version 14 contains updated/improved squad selection images (thanks to DarthParametric)
NEW: This is now a fully plug-and-play DLC mod. No need for AutoToc or TocbinUpdater (or even ME3Explorer at all). Just place DLC_CON_Geto01 in your game's DLC folder and its ready to go. Finally. With this upgrade/update, Ashley gets yet another new armor: Ajax. The Ajax now replaces Ashley's Alliance uniform ON MISSIONS ONLY. Ashley still wears the Alliance uniform on the Normandy and Citadel.
Ashley here gets the full treatment: A more trim figure akin to her ME1 body and gets her ME1 face back (less makeup, slighter slimmer features), a ponytail in place of flowing loose hair, a proper Alliance uniform instead of whatever that blue uniform is, wears a tshirt instead of body paint in hospital, gets a very short skirt for the Casino on the Citadel, a "new" ME1 heavy armor replacing the DLC pink version of her original default uniform with a new digital camouflage texture made special from real modern digital camo patterns. Her helmet gets a matching digital camo makeover too. Ashley's romance texture is also modified to be more...realistic...for the situation (more adult, less tweenager). Shade armor is smoothed out to remove odd...irregularities...in the original design, and is more feminine in appearance. Liara's Shade armor is also given similar modification. Some of these were THE first mesh mods available for ME3.
Others (Shepard, male and female, Vega, Kaiden, Liara) get the full clear face helmet, and Liara also gets the same ME1 heavy armor
replacing her pink-hued alternate uniform plus digital camo helmet pattern too.
Incorporates the Ashley marksman bug fix. No more dancing
DLC_CON_Geto01 is a Mass Effect 3 cosmetic mod that gives Ashley a comprehensive makeover, including her ME1 face, ponytail, Alliance uniform, short skirt on the Citadel, and new ME1 armor. It also adds a full clear face helmet for other squad members like Liara, plus new ME1 armor for them. With 291 endorsements and over 5,000 downloads, it's a well-received appearance overhaul for fans of the original Mass Effect look.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 291 endorsements and over 5,000 downloads.
- Gives Ashley a classic ME1 look that many fans prefer.
- Adds a clear face helmet so you can see squadmates' faces during combat.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2020, so it may not be compatible with the latest game patches or mods.
- As a DLC mod, it might conflict with other appearance mods that alter the same characters.
- Only covers Ashley and a few squadmates, so if you want a full-party overhaul, this won't do it.
For Mass Effect 3 players who miss Ashley's original Mass Effect 1 appearance and want her to look like that in the later game. Also for those who want to see squadmates' faces with a clear helmet. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or a complete overhaul of all characters.
