Asari Commando armor for Liara

First things first:

Thanks to Bioware for the model and Elemods for exporting the mesh and textures.

Now this is a work in progress. I still have to fix the specular maps, I'm used to white/black specmaps and I have no clue how it works with this engine so bear with me.

It comes in four colors (check gallery) and a psd file (credit goes to ELE for that one aswell) so you can make your own texture. You'll need to save it as a DXT1 DDS.

INSTRUCTIONS. PAY ATTENTION.

1. Drop the PCC files in OriginGamesMass Effect 3BIOGameCookedPCConsole

2. Open ME3Explorer, go to Developer Tools -> Texplorer.

2 ¾. If this the first time you've done this, it will take an hour or two to scan trough the textures.

3. CTRL + F.

4. Search for "Liaf", press enter, click on one of the results.

5. Right click on the image, -> Easy -> Add Biggest Image.

6. Replace the spec with the spec, the norm with the norm, and the diff with the chosen diff. (link to a detailed tutorial at the bottom.)

7. Run TocBinUpdater. (Tools -> TocBinUpdater -> File -> Check PCConsoleToc.bin -> Choose PCConsoleToc.bin file in OriginGamesMass Effect 3BIOGame)

8. Run the game and equip the second armor on Liara.

FAQ.

Why no TexMod/. MOD version?

I've tried to smooth things over with it but to say it's upset would be a monumental understatement. If you want, you have my permission to make one.

Why did you replace the armored armor instead of ?

Two reasons: One being that I want this mod work with the Vanilla game without any DLCs, and the other being that if you have the Citadel DLC and you try to replace the textures of the Shadow Broker/Casual outfit, you'll get the "unable to authorize listed dlc" error. Now it's very easy to fix (Just repair the DLC, which takes 20 min. depending on your internet connection) but will become tedious as hell if you want to try different colors.

Now if you do want to replace another armor or try to replace the casual armor, get the UPK file from Elemods, then consult GPG's tutorial linked below.

Her armor reverts to the old one if you run too far away from her.

Currently I have NO clue how to fix this. If anyone has any idea please send me a message and I'll get on with it asap. Works fine with sniper rifles though.
