Alternate Liara Outfit and Armor NEW DLC version

UPDATED to a DLC mod!

I have attempted to make this mod into a DLC for ease of use.  I have tried both files out and they seems to work fine.   Since only I have tested it so far please let me know if there are any problems

Like every DLC mod this mod does require WarrantyVoider's DLC Patch files. If you are considering using this it is likely not your first DLC mod so you probabaly already have it.

This MOD changes Liara's default outfit and armor as per the pictures

<Justification> Liara as spent so much time studying that she has missed out on the Asari social norm of doing some table dancing as a youngster. This mod provides her with some small opportunity to at least look the part. </justification>

Also has a second file containing a recoloring of GPG's Phoenix armor for Liara's color palate.

Instructions for Manual installation of the meshes and textures are included with each download. (a bit more complex because of the need to edit meshes on multiple PCC files)
