What does this mod do?
This mod replaces the vanilla Alien skin textures with new High Res versions, though with a slightly different take on them so they look a bit more alien.
So far the mod includes textures for the Asari, Turians, Salarians and Quarians.
The NPC versions will cover all of the characters who were never meant to be squadmates with the exception of Aria . So Asari NPCs will get you Aria, Tevos, Falere, Rila, etc.
There will be specific squadmate textures available if they require it. For instance, Liara and Samara both will require their own files to make them look different in ME3.
Installation:
I've made this available as a .tpf file, which should work with TexMod, ME3Explorer and ALOT.
