There are a few issues with how the mesh deforms.

I wanted him to be big and beefy, and this causes some issues with weight, I think because there aren't enough bones to support the shape.

But, I think a skinny Venom would look weird.

If I can find a way to fix it, I will, but I've already tried redoing the weights, and there doesn't seem to be a way to paint it so that the under arm deforms correctly.

This was an issue in MSMR I had too.

I could just be missing something.

Mask removal works, but the mask prop is the normal USM black suit mask, because the Venom head is too high-poly, so the model injection wouldn't work.

This is a compromise. D

He has the Same proportions as my Spider-Carnage mod, and he replaces the Symbiote Suit.

There is an optional module that replaces his tendrils with a better colour match.

Tongue does not animate, there is no way to do this on the the rig being used here.

If I find a work around, I'll update it.

I will update the mod with a tongueless option later.

As usual, please don't bother me with nitpicks.

And yeah, he got cake; deal with it. :)
