Remove Evolved Suit

Removes the evolved suit, or replaces it with miles' classic or upgraded suit, or the cube.

First mod in over a year, I'm too lazy to find out how to replace web wings, I'll try doing it if enough people ask though.

Similarly, if enough people ask I'll consider making a module to replace the evolved suit with each in-game suit.

This was more or less a test mod just to get comfortable with the new modding tool and .modular files.

Pretty surprised this hasn't already been done.
