Help Civilian Variance

I say kinda, sorta fixed the NPC because the randomization of the NPC is broken so I did my best to fix it.

With this mod when the Help Civilian event happens during a random crime it will mostly likely be a unique NPC provided by this mod.

The Help Civilian NPC appears in many random crimes. If you find that you are seeing the same civilian NPCs at specific random crime locations change the Variant in the modular file in Overstrike.

Extended Explantion

The Help Civilian NPC only randomizes once and you will see the exact same NPCs at specific random crime locations.

To circumvent this I provided the Help Civilian NPC with 40 different appearances but at each random crime location it will always select a specific one among the 40.

The variants change the list slightly so even though the random crime selects a specific appearance among the 40, because the list order has changed the NPC will change.

Mostly when a Help Civilian NPC is spawned it too only ever selects one specific option of the 40.

To make it so that one NPC is different everytime I added many, many models in that one option. All of the options that are spawns have been provided by other mod authors and their unique models they have provided to the community and can be found below in the Credits.
