• []Rising Storm I: Storm's attacks and heroics have a 50% chance to stun, up from 10%.
  • []Rising Storm II: Storm's attacks and heroics have a 50% chance to stun, up from 10%. Stun chance increased by 10% with each Storm card in hand, up from 5%.

    ISSUES:

    • []Installing this mod when you already have Storm's Rising Storm passive unlocked won't change its text description. You can, however, still see that she has a 50% base chance to stun with her attacks and her heroics.

      INSTALLATION:

      Extract pakchunk999-BelinnStormRisingStormBuffed_P.zip file and put the .pak file in Steam\steamapps\common\Marvel's Midnight Suns\MidnightSuns\Content\Paks

      To uninstall, delete pakchunk999-BelinnStormRisingStormBuffed_P.pak from the same folder.
