Basically if you look the spreadsheet on his page I kept the buffs to power and fortitude, and the nerfs to crit chance & damage (top 4 lines), but I removed the nerfs to strength, resilience, and willpower and those will go bad to defeault values.
In summary these are the new caps when you max out each stat:
Crit chance 40%
Crit damage 50%
Fortitude 75%
Resilience 60%
Strength 50%
Willpower 20%
