(wip) Announcer from TF2 replaces Galacta

This mod is a work in progress.

This is not an update/replacement for the other TF2 Announcer mod but instead my own take on it, focusing mainly on:

• []replacing lines I believe are important to the gameplay

  []muting everything else (I do not need to be told that "The vehicle's moving again" and that I must "stop them" 60 times, no matter whose voice it is).

  []use vanilla voicelines as much as possible

  So far only normal/competitive mode has voicelines, with everything else muted.

  • []add round score voicelines

    [](possibly) remove the reverb/echo on the voicelines because the game has an reverb/echo filter on galacta's voicelines anyway

    []use better voicelines

  • add mission end countdown parity for both teams (like how convoy's attacking team has a 5-secound countdown towards the end of the mission while defending team does not)
