adds trousers from helas newest legendary! also removes the crown sorry I hate it

slight clipping issues but its a nothing burger so ;p

I also did a personal recolour and as of posting this I am now aware that it looks similar to one already posted i think? I didn't intend this LOL i guess great minds think alike! Either way I believe that mod should work with my mesh as well as long as the mod loads in first (E. G name the retexture mod "A__retextre_9999999_P" so the A__ makes it be higher up the list than my mesh) so feel free to use that one :)

my mesh will not work with retextures that colour the legs as it uses different textures unfortunately. I might make a recolour for this in the future
