Comic Red and Shadowland Born Again

Imagine Daredevil.....but RED. This mod changes everything about the costume to be red like the comics, vibrant and comic book-y.

I HIGHLY recommend using the DD Effects Removal mod by norskpl with this! I used it in the showcase pictures.

I used to think the black suit was my favorite look, I LOVED the vigilante suit from the show.  The past few months though I've read from Miller all the way to Waid and the red grew on me way more. Plus Shadowland was kinda cheeks. Anyways!

This was a really quick mod but I'm very open to making changes! Is the red TOO bright? Should I try comic style shading? Should the gloves/boots/belt/logo be brighter than the rest of the fit? White billy clubs? Let me know! If enough people like it I'll make custom UI for it too. Most importantly, let me know if there's anything wrong.

P. S. this mod does NOT change the texture of the damaged suit when you use the emote so it will look like the default one.

UPDATE! 3/15/2026

Overhauled the design to be MORE comic accurate, with brighter red for the logo, gloves, belt, and boots! There is now also an alternative version with white billy clubs if you want to get REAL classic. PLUS! Using the battle damage emote now changes the design to the Shadowland color scheme! It's not perfect, nothing about the mod is, but if there's any truly glaring issues please let me know! I think there's some red behind the knee-pads in the Shadowland colorway but uh ignore that! I'll probably add UI later this week + a Shadowland as default variant so if those interest you make sure to track this page.
