Blade's Ultimate Line to Vengeance in Spectors Name
🟡 Updated this yearPreview
📋 About This Mod
This is an audio replacement for "A thousand cuts!" voice lines from Blade's Ultimate. There is no change to the
friendly ultimate line.
I do not plan on adding more to this, but that can change if the mod breaks in a future update of Marvel Rivals.
If this is your first mod, here is the steops to get it working.
1. Download UTOC Signature Bypass Patch for Marvel Rivals , follow what it says to get mod support.
2. Find the game directory (this should be the same place that is shown in that other mod.
3. Put my mod into the "~mods" folder that was created.
This mod replaces Blade's ultimate voice line 'A thousand cuts!' with 'Vengeance, in Spector's name!' from Marvel Zombies. It's a small cosmetic mod with 15 endorsements, last updated October 2025, and confirmed working in Season 8.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Simple and effective: swaps in a cooler, more thematic line for Blade mains
- Tiny download (447 downloads) means it's lightweight and won't bloat your game
- Author confirms it still works in Season 8, so no worries about breaking with updates
⚠️ Cons
- Only 15 endorsements—small user base, so not a lot of community feedback
- Only affects one voice line; if you want more Blade changes, this won't do it
For Blade mains who want a more menacing ultimate callout and are fans of Marvel Zombies. Skip if you're looking for gameplay tweaks or a full voice pack—this is purely a single-line swap.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Check if your game version is Season 8 or later—the mod is confirmed for that, but future updates might break it
- If you're using a mod manager, manually place the file in the correct folder; otherwise, look for a 'mods' directory in your game's installation path
- Test the line in a practice match to make sure it triggers correctly before jumping into ranked
