Goliath Universal Carrier V3

Universal cargo carrier with 32 wheel articulated suspension, large enclosed cargo area, telescoping boom arm using 4 extending cylinders in parallel to lift even at full extension, and a complex grappler that can pick up any cargo in the game. It's large and expensive and somewhat awkward, but it can do any job that you throw at it. This has been completely structurally redesigned since the previous version, using the spacer blocks instead of flat panels. This lets me eliminate the external scaffolding later as the spacer blocks hold the structure together by themselves. I also moved the rocker arm for the rocker-bogie suspension to the rear, which means the bottom of the cargo box can be completely clean and won't catch on rocks any more. I also was able to use the curved spacer blocks to fill in the corners of the cargo box, so small objects can't slip out through the cracks.
