SHOCKWAVE 2

180-360 Marble Race. Clocks in at about 6 and a half minutes on 3 laps. Runs at about 95% efficiency with 180 marbles (less than 9 marbles DNF the majority of the time) This track is also capable of launching 360 marbles at once due to a secondary marble spawner within the Tumbling Thundercloud. It's back! The sequel no one asked for! Shockwave, a track briefly showcased in the official Marble World store page video, is back with a VENGEANCE. With many new and "improved" track mechanics that are sure to make your eyes hurt with how hard it is to follow anything that's going on in this track! WAVES! This track's prominent feature is waves. Lots of them. The proof of concept for them was shown in MUDMEN and as a result, used MUCH more prominently here. TUNNELS! The first Shockwave also had some form of tunnels in it as well, and I tried to add a few extras at the cost of making the wavy hill area things they are housed in a bit uh.. busy-looking. But hey, more variance is a good thing I think. THUNDERCLOUD TUMBLER! The race itself starts within the Thundercloud Tumbler, which is a tower that is a stark reminder that Tumbling Towers and stuff like that is NOT my speciality. Either way, I wanted to try something a lil' different and I like that it is MOSTLY symmetrical. All in all, I really enjoyed giving an old favourite a fresh new coat of paint. Yeah, the track itself is pretty fundamentally different but the spirit of the original Shockwave is definitely in there!
