Manor Lords Portrait Replacement Instructions

What this lets you do:

- Replace Manor Lords character portraits with your own PNG images by building a single .pak “portrait replacement” mod. The exact same steps apply whether you replace 1 portrait, several portraits, or all of them.

This works perfect for both "New Game" portraits (large/small) and the in-game character portrait.

Important notes:

- Tested and confirmed working: 1/5/26

- This will not modify any game files. To go back to the original portraits, simply delete the new .pak file(s) from the ~mods folder.

- These steps are for Unreal Engine 5. 5. 4. Steps may vary slightly by Unreal Engine version.

- Tested using PNG size: 855px × 1044px.
