No cheat used, there's $ 97,000 collected from doing missions and things like that.
A grabbed a few collectibles on the way of doing things.
Currently doing Signs of Times DLC just to see if I can avoid the bug where Aunt Lilly teleports to the second floor :/
Might upload another save after SoT, after Races and so on.
I added another save: past 1st upgrade on Sammy's Bar (after doing the SoT DLC) and won all the races with records to have everything unlocked on cars. I did cheat to get the records if you care about that thing.
