I just fiddled with some Reshade effects to fit my personal aesthetic, hope you like it. It is more of a blue tint + sharpen and a little bit ray tracing.
Disable RTGI or MXAO if you encounter fps drop, since these effects are resource heavy. Use pageup to disable/enable preset.
Only Preset file included in the package, download reshade yourself. Also check required mods for a better looking game.
