Magnum Opus Upgrade Costs

- reduces cost of several massively overpriced upgrades, such as V8 engines and tyres

- changes unlock criteria, focusing on having most upgrades unlocked at threat level 1-2 and replacing territory and region clearing with alternative unlock conditions

- adds the multiplayer-exclusive WB Battlebrands decal to the upgrade menu

Decals:

Battlebrands decal added to the menu, all decals cost 30 scrap instead of 100

Unfortunately, I couldn't fix the missing language strings for the Battlebrands decal. Other than that, the decal works as normal

Installation:

1) download the mod archive

2) extract the "dropzone" folder to wherever you have Mad Max installed

3) run the game
