25th January 2026 Update:

• []You can now go to the stores in Yokohama as Kaito. It will work. This is a major first step in getting towards something resembling enemy encounters.

[]Special thanks to @kami in the modding server. I had to skim through a years worth of progress to find the bin file that locked Kaito out of Yokohama's stores.

  27th January 2026 Update:

  • []As of now, it is now possible to fight as Masaharu Kaito in the city of Yokohama! Something that has never been done before, except in Yakuza 5, because that system was easy.

[]You can also change the weather in Yokohama to fit your needs, similar to my other weather mod. See the file for more details.

[]Special thanks to @rimars for his help with getting enemy encounters to work in Yokohama as Kaito.

IMPORTANT: If you uninstall the mod and your most recent save file is set in Yokohama, this will break your save file. An easy fix would be to not save in Yokohama, and only save in Kamurocho. Only save in Yokohama if you plan to keep the mod permanently in your mod manager, otherwise just... don't save in Yokohama and uninstall, you dolt.
NOTE: Some enemies don't spawn in certain spots, due to the main campaign having these spots reserved. You can mostly find enemies lurking on Ijin St, but with the more updates made, you can expect to see enemies everywhere else too.

    ENEMY SPOTS:

    Hamakita Park

    Ijin st.

    Sakura River

    Fukouku

    Isezaki Road

    * Jinnai Station (Nearby Seiryo High)
