Fix Skin Textures

Description

Removes the "baked clay look" in many skin textures.  RGG tried to upgrade the skin textures with more pronounced ripples, but these are far too aggressive, particularly when using high-quality output and even more so with DLSS5.  There are two download options:

Fix Skin Textures (the default) - Backs down the "baked clay" texture by 70% (mixing it with a more randomized, but equally high resolution texture), while retaining another related texture that provides significant skin mottling.  Recommended for non-DLSS5 usage.

Fix Skin Textures - Aggressive - Completely replaces "baked clay" texture with a randomized texture (but also high resolution) and eliminates "mottling" texture.  Looks much better on female characters (it removes that "masculine" look on their faces) in particular but male characters still look good.  This is the version I'm using.  Recommended particularly for use with DLSS5.

Technical details:

This modifies a texture called "noise.dds" which has 2 channels - red is "mottling" and green is "skin folding" (what I call baked clay above).  Blue and alpha are ignored.  Note Yagami has customized version of this texture so this mod does nothing to him (Yagami's version is already hand tuned and looks great with or without DLSS5).  However, even other primary characters like Sawa-sensei use this "noise.dds" texture.  It's used on all NPC skin (like students).
