📋 About This Mod
Cleans up the first person investigation/search mode to bring back the immersive walking we loved in the previous titles.
Removes the gadget picker, the focus/zoom box, and the search label. Minimap can be hidden in Settings.
If you'd like to keep the gadget picker, just remove the file gadget_choice.bin from all the folders (or just your language) in the mod folder. Alternatively, if you are here just for removing the gadget picker, keep only that file.
I'm still playing the game so am not sure if this breaks anything. It's only the UI elements that are removed and it's still possible to examine stuff while in this mode -- you just don't have a cursor. It also seems to not affect some other search modes, such as scanning a picture for clues.
