Tip Landlord

Description

Genuinely cannot believe this wasn't in the original game. Finally, after years of landlords being oppressed, we can finally have some justice. This mod adds an option to "Tip Landlord", which will pay Mr. Henderson the amount owed, plus whatever amount you decide to tip him. Please note that a 20% tip is not only the general custom, it is a social necessity.

Also added exclusive Sybil dialogue after tipping Mr. Henderson.
