Started a whole YEAR ago with the game version 1. 4, updated to game version 1. 7, the mod had hit a standstill for quite a long time.. but not anymore! The 2. 3 version is COMING! And it'll be bigger and greater then EVER!

Featuring such things as..

↳ Dynamic conversations!

Party members will react when entering new locations and talk amongst each other, often resulting in antsy little squabbles.

↳ Reactions to items & enemies!

Party members may occasionally react to various pick-up's scattered around the map, as well as react to the fights — from small-time enemies, to bosses.

↳ A functioning radio!

If you're feeling a bit handsy, you may steal (cough cough, "borrow") a radio from Lyle's apartment! Tune in on one of the four available broadcasts!

  []With The Lord, a religious Talk Show led by Father Cusack and his commune.[/]

  []Carol's Carols, a "music radio" led by a girl named Carol.[/]

  []Civilian Broadcast, tune in to random conversations of other survivors![/]

Installation guide:

- Find your Look Outside game folder (Manage -> Browse local files on Steam)

- Create a back-up of your game folder.

- Decrypt everything in the "audio" and "image" folders. The mod will not work without completing this step. A link to a working decryptor had been attached to the mod file.

- Finish the decryption, drag the "decrypted files" into your game folder, and then drag everything from the Mod folder into the game folder. If the system asks to 'replace a file', go ahead and do it.

PS: This is a big mod that modifies a lot of stuff. It's very likely to conflict with other mods, especially if they're also large.
