Training course

Ever thought the base game's tutorial didn't really explain enough? Or are you looking for more advanced things that the game just doesn't cover? Or maybe you're even looking to make your own dungeon? Whatever the case, I've got you covered. I know a TON about this game, and I figured I'd actually share that knowledge, since there's things I'm aware of that aren't common knowledge. Like, did you know insectoids and lizardmen have special foods the same way ratlings do? Or that you're not entirely defenseless underwater without a spear/harpoon?

This also comes with a short, fairly easy and basic 2-level dungeon for beginners to practice with, which includes a good variety of enemies.

Full disclosure: I don't know a whole lot about making dungeons. But, I do know how to make boss healthbars work, and how to adjust the position of things on walls, and both of those are rare to see. Hopefully they'll become more common from me including the editor files for this. Make sure to read what the script objects have in them!

And, a quick note, though it says this ingame too: Use the default party for this. Some things in this mod reference the default characters, and they won't make sense - or possibly even be possible to test out - with different characters.

HOW TO INSTALL

Go into Documents, Almost Human, Legend of Grimrock 2, and put the .dat file into the Dungeons folder. From there, open the game, click custom dungeon, and select Training course.

If you want to open the mod in the editor, put the folder that has "Training course.dungeon_editor" and "mod_assets" into the Dungeons folder. From there, open the game, switch to the dungeon editor, and open the .dungeon_editor file.
