Neptune plush replaces gnome [RNG]

Replaces the gnome with Plutia's Neptune plushie from the Hyperdimension Neptunia games (I'm not sure which but I think she has one in every game). Features: -HD Texture (512px) -Jigglebones -Randomly picks one of 5 skins. I know there's other Nep-Nep doll replacements for the gnome on the workshop but this is my version and what I believe is an improvement over the other ones. I moved the arms out of the T-pose and added jigglebone for the limbs, head, and hair. It also has all of the skin variants for the doll model that were included with RTB's port set to change randomly every map. Acknowledgements: Original models by Compile Heart.
