Lame Animated The Passing Neon Signs

I wish Valve did their UVmaps better. The least I could do with these textures was make them blink, and all of it, not just specifically one letter. I will revise this later when I have some free time and when I actually found out a way to do it while not screwing up the entire texture file. Anyways this mod makes the neon lit signs in The Passing chapters 1-2 blink. I tried to make them animate differently like make one letter blink followed by another letter like how I was able to in Animated Parking Sign but for this one I guess there's limited potential. (sorry) If someone makes an improved UVmap for these signs in props_waterfront I'd be more willing to try and animate them to my hearts content. I like animating textures so lets hope for the best.
