Custom crosshair: small green spaced crosshair with black outline

An E-sports crosshair I was using for years due to how convenient it is. I could not find it on the Workshop (at least, not for Urik Crosshair Support or HUD add-ons like this one), so here it is To disable the default crosshair, DO NOT use crosshair 0. Instead, use cl_crosshair_alpha 0, so you will keep the shove cooldown circle along with custom crosshair.
