(old, outdated, and quite frankly terrible) Lit up buildings

This mod was made privated years ago, decided to make it public again Old description below /////////////////////////////////////////// NEW UPDATE: I fixed how bright and white the lights were, now they're darker and more yellow When I was playing No More Room in Hell I loved how some of the buildings had lights on. After many months of trying to figure out how to replicate the look I finally figured out how to do it so here it is for everyone to enjoy. Right now It's mostly L4D1 building textures that are effected. I didn't want to edit the L4D2 buildings because I'm pretty sure it would look weird in daylight campaigns, but I might add more at a later date. Happy Halloween.
