## Description

KOTOR II Action Combat & Controller Hotbar adds direct controller access to Force powers, weapon abilities, and grenades, with a customizable six-slot hotbar above the party portraits.

This experimental alpha retains KOTOR II’s underlying combat rounds and animations. Configure your abilities through Options → Combat Loadout.

## Main Features

LT + A/B/X/Y: Four assigned Force powers.

X: Assigned melee or ranged weapon ability.

RB: Assigned inventory grenade.

Grenade selection shows owned types and remaining quantities.

Six-slot hotbar with active and queued action feedback.

Controller-friendly menu navigation and saved character assignments.

Enemy healthbars remain visible while ability-selection buttons are hidden.

Closer camera, sensitivity settings, invert-Y, and borderless window handling.

## Installation

Requires Windows, the supported Steam executable listed in the README, an Xbox/XInput controller, and . NET Framework 4. 8 for the installer.

Close KOTOR II and back up your saves.

Extract the entire ZIP into a folder.

Run Install.exe.

Browse to swkotor2.exe in your game folder—not the Override folder.

Select your borderless resolution, check compatibility, and click Install.

Launch through Steam, load a save, and open Options → Combat Loadout.

Use Left/Right to assign powers, weapon abilities, and grenades.

The installer backs up affected files and refuses incompatible executables or conflicting mods. If Windows denies access to the game folder, rerun the installer as administrator.

## Uninstallation

Close KOTOR II.

Run Uninstall.exe from the extracted package.

Select the same game folder and click Uninstall.

Review any messages about files changed after installation.
