No Cross Class Skills

Description

This mod removes cross class skill restrictions from the Soldier, Scout, Scoundrel, Jedi Guardian, Jedi Consular, Jedi Sentinel, Combat Droid, and Expert Droid classes.

During a level up, the player will be able to increase any skill for the cost of a single point instead of the default two points for cross class skills.

In addition, all skills can be raised to level + 3 instead of any cross class skill restrictions only allowing them to be raised to ((level + 3) / 2).

Therefore, a level 5 character can raise any skill to 8 instead of only being allowed to raise cross class skills to 4.

Also an available No Cross Class Skills for KOTOR 2.

Installation

Place the skills. 2da file into the Override folder located within KOTOR's main folder.

Uninstall

Remove the skills. 2da file from the Override folder located within KOTOR's main folder.

Compatibility

This mod will be compatible with any mod so long as they do not include skills. 2da.

If you wish to use this mod with any mod that does include skills. 2da, simply replace that mod's skills. 2da with this one's.

If a mod were to add additional classes, it is unlikely that this mod would affect any of the additionally added classes.

If a mod were to add additional classes, replacing that mod's skills. 2da with this mod's skills. 2da would likely result in that mod no longer functioning properly.
