Shooting Star - Double Arrow Gun Transform

Favorite Deputy - Hammer Transform/Graple Finish
Donald Meteor
They seem to not have camera control features in these files. The camera becomes stuck in place. Even replacing Meteor camera file with Duck Flares and renaming the internal data to match didn't seem to do a thing.
If something is buggy or maybe I missed something let me know. Any ideas to help understand the camera better let me know.
