Adds three voice lines (and subtitles) to Phil on his first cutscene appearance in cutscene he106 / "Maleficent's Desire", so he's a bit less awkward. The lines are re-used from BBS.
You can see the cutscene via:
SPECIAL > Theater > Chapter I: Olympus > Maleficent's Desire
Important: Only English voice is added.
